Dr. Andrew Dwan received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1992 and received his DDS degree from The University of Michigan in 1996. While in dental school, he was awarded research grants from the National Institute of Health to study various dental materials. He has given presentations at the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as the America Association of Dental Research. Dr. Dwan is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry and exceeds the mandated amount of continuing education set forth by the state of Michigan.
Dr. Dwan and his wife Kathy were married in 1998 and have since been blessed with four wonderful children; Andrew, Mary Katherine, Molly and Meghan. In his free time, Dr. Dwan enjoys running marathons and playing hockey and soccer. His charitable dentistry includes working with the Mission of Mercy in Michigan, Donated Dental services located in Arenac County, and working with HELPS International in Guatemala and Manos de Jesus in Chichicastenango, Guatemala.
